Kris has been a Worship Leader for over 30 years. She has a passion to lead people to the throne room of God. In addition to leading worship Kris also teaches/preaches at various events and functions at Ridgeview Christian Center including Adult Sunday School, Inland Northwest Institute, Wednesday night services, and special events. She is the Dean of Students for Ridgeview's "Inland Northwest Institute," which is a Bible College for training up students to go into the ministry.

Pastor Charlene is the Children's Pastor and Office Assistant at RCC. Her husband Brent is a licensed Pastor employed with the ministry Teen Challenge. They have attended RCC for over 20 years and have been involved in the Children's ministry in some form for most of those years. Their daughters are very involved in the Youth group, Youth Drama team, MPact groups, and also volunteer whenever possible in the Children's ministry. The Hill's family verse is Psalm 121 "I will lift my eyes unto the Hills, where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord..."
